Terms of Use

1. The service

Restlane is an AI sleep coach. You do daily check-ins, by voice or text, and an AI coach replies with simple tips. The app also offers a history, trends, and a weekly review.

2. Not a medical service

Restlane is not a medical device and does not replace a healthcare professional. It does not diagnose any condition, offer any treatment, or guarantee any result. The coach's tips are generated automatically by AI: they may be inaccurate or unsuited to your situation.

If you have persistent sleep problems, unusual sleepiness, or any concern about your health, see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).

3. Account

An account is required to use the coach. You are responsible for access to your account. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app.

4. Subscription

Some features require a Restlane Premium subscription, offered as an auto-renewable subscription:

• Restlane Premium Monthly: $6.99 per month;
• Restlane Premium Annual: $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.

These prices are indicative. The applicable price is the one shown in the App Store or Google Play before purchase, in your local currency; it may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you have one.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Deleting your Restlane account does not cancel your subscription: remember to cancel it in your store's subscription settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Restlane normally: no abuse, no attempts to bypass usage limits, no attacks on the security of the service, and no unlawful use. Limits (such as the number of check-ins per day) protect the service.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Restlane available, but interruptions can happen (maintenance, incidents, a provider outage).
